Biography:
Born in New York but raised in Florida, Caleb J. Bullock started his musical career in Nashville. The Jaymison project emerged in 2016 around the friendship, musical "hangout” and recordings Bullock formed with his friends Dan and Taylor. Eventually Bullock moved around, recording more songs with Chris Riley, before landing in California. Now based in Hawaii, Jaymison continues to catch the attention of listeners far and wide with his relaxed, honest and oftentimes shockingly beautiful songs.
“I named my project 'Jaymison' after a kid I've known for a while who lives in a low-income area of Tennessee. The whole point of continuing and doing this project is to tell stories, whether they be mine or someone else's.” Bullock said.
Jaymison’s single “Yellow Squash” was released in August of 2018 and has thankfully graced many playlists, including Spotify’s “Fresh Finds,” Apeiron, and others – earning over two million streams. Jaymison released his debut “CLASSIC” EP in 2020, and followed with another EP “From Where I Am To U” in 2021. Acoustic-driven, intimately intricate, hilariously humble and delicately relatable, Jaymison’s music pulls you in playfully but keeps you listening with unique turns, both lyrically and musically.

Stitched in Sound - Jaymison releases new EP “CLASSIC”
Jaymison has become an artist to watch for 2020 and our ears are ready. The artist recently released his fresh new EP, CLASSIC, that will have you head over heels for his buzzworthy sound. The five sounds that make up CLASSIC will have you completely enthralled as he brings a sound that is both unique and visionary. The South Floridian is creating a buzz with his mix of beach folk and the passive pop of his New York forming. Across 2019, Jaymison continued to release soft pop singles, “Pretty Mama”, “Robert De Niro”, and most recently, “Wedding Song”, with CLASSIC comprised of these singles and the new single, “Kinda Sucks”. Bullock is now in the process of beginning the first full-length Jaymison album.
“The cool thing is that before and after releasing the first Jaymison songs, I've been able to write almost 25 other songs. A lot of these songs come from a similar place like “Yellow Squash” does. Most of them are written with a common theme. The over-arching theme is being calm and collected in the storm. With that being said, the album title is called Calmate... which in Spanish simply means to "calm one's self".”
